Grief Recovery Method

You may have read in other areas of my site that my eldest daughter passed away from cancer in 2018. In the months following I experienced excruciating pain in my heart and body that nothing could relieve.  After four months of trying different grief programs. Wondered how I would manage the rest of my life in such pain.  Then I discovered a book "The Grief Recovery Handbook 20th Edition" which provided practical action steps to heal your heart after loss. It was an easy read so I finished half of the book and completed the exercises in one afternoon/evening. The following morning I felt tremendous relief from the emotional weight I had been living under. It's been 6 years and the relief has held. It was an answer to my deepest prayers and I am so grateful! I recommend it.

What is Grief?

One of the biggest components of grief is "incomplete communication". The Grief Recovery method walks you through simple steps to complete the communication after the death of a loved one or a divorce.  It is written in a conversational tone by a person who experienced losing his 3 day old son. After searching for relief from his broken heart for months the steps he developed has changed many lives. These are the steps that allowed my heart to heal after my eldest daughter passed away. Within hours after applying the steps I was able to feel relief remember the happier times instead of painful memories.  I am so grateful for this method.
